Plazma Business Solution ERP + CRM
De functionaliteit die wordt aangeboden bestaat uit:
- Contacts Management voor het onderhouden van contacten en het bijhouden van afspraken, telefoongesprekken, bijeenkomsten, emails en andere documenten. Een sterke zoekfunctie maakt het mogelijk om snel belangrijke informatie terug te vinden.
- Accounts Management voor het opslaan en onderhouden van klanten en opportunities.
- Products Management voor het opslaan en onderhouden van productgegevens.
- Sales Management voor het opslaan en onderhouden van verkooporders, voorspellingen en offertes.
- Campains Management voor het plannen en opvolgen van marketing en sales campagnes.
- Analytical Reports voor het analyseren van de sales activiteiten (voorspellingen en prestaties) van het verkoopteam.
The functionality provided consists of:

- de Standalone software is een Rich Client die zowel de functionaliteit van de client als de applicatieserver bevat en rechtstreeks communiceert met een database server. Deze software versie ondersteunt 1 tot 3 werkstations en kan gebruikt worden voor demonstratiedoeleinden.

- de Plazma EJB Server maakt gebruik van JBoss als EJB Container

Let op: Wanneer u de Plazma Server versie installeert moet u eerst de server installeren en daarna de client.

Plazma ERP + CRM is standard delivered with the HSQL database but works with various databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle en Firebird. You only have to create the database and run some SQL scripts that are provided in the folder \Plazma\db\result\.
Attention: When you install the Plazma Server you first have to install the server and thereafter the client.
De architectuur van het Plazma systeem is opgebouwd uit een aantal componenten waaronder het Plazma Platform en de Plazma Business Solutions.
The architecture of the Plazma system consists of several components such as the Plazma Platform and the Plazma Business Solutions.
Het raamwerk bevat functionaliteit:
- voor het configureren van de software waaronder Entities, Actions, Menu Bar, Tool Bar, Forms en Reports.
- ten behoeve van integratiedoeleinden waaronder Object Relational Mapping - ORM (via Hibernate) en Reporting System (via JasperReports) maar daarnaast ook het verzorgen van de Beveiliging (via Acegi)
- voor het beheer van de omgeving waaronder Configuration Management, Service Management en Report Management.
Het Rich Client Part zorgt voor:
- het uitvoeren van acties, diensten en rapporten.
- de implementatie van de gebruikersinterface
The framework contains functionality for:
- the configuration of the software such as Entities, Actions, Menu Bar, Tool Bar, Forms and Reports.
- integration purposes such as Object Relational Mapping - ORM (through Hibernate) and Reporting System (through JasperReports) but also for enabling Security (through Acegi)

Download het installatieprogramma voor de Windows standalone Plazma ERP + CRM versie via de link Installation op de website van Plazma Business Solution.
Start het installatieprogramma en volg de instructies. Onder windows wordt het programma geïnstalleerd in de folder C:\Program Files\PlazmaForge\Plazma ERP+CRM x.y.z of een folder van uw keuze.
Opstarten van Plazma ERP + CRM
U kunt met de Plazma Standalone versie zowel in demonstratie als productie modus werken.
Wanneer u Plazma in demonstratie modus wilt opstarten moet u de parameter (flag) -demo meegeven met het startcommando. Een andere mogelijkheid is om in het bestand plazma.properties de instelling plazma.platform.demo = true op te nemen. Standaard is in de standalone versie deze property ingesteld voor demonstratiedoeleinden.
Tip: De property kunt u eveneens via de Configuratiemanager instellen. Zie Configuration Manager voor meer informatie.
Ga nu naar het Menu Start > Alle Programma’s > Plazma ERP + CRM x.y.z > Plazma ERP + CRM.
Tijdens het opstarten van Plazma ERP + CRM wordt het Plazma startup scherm getoond.
Download the installationprogram for the Windows standalone Plazma ERP + CRM version through the link Installation on the website of Plazma Business Solution.
Start the installationprogram and follow the instructions. Under Windows the program is installed in the folder C:\Program Files\PlazmaForge\Plazma ERP+CRM x.y.z or a folder of your choice.
Starting Plazma ERP + CRM
You can use the Plazma Standalone version in demonstration or production mode.
When you want to start Plazma in demonstration mode you need to use the parameter (flag) -demo in the startcommand or you can include the demo setting plazma.platform.demo = true in the file plazma.properties. Standaard the property for the standalone version is set to demo.
Tip: You can also use the Configuratiemanager to initialize this property. See Configuration Manager for more information.
Now go to Menu Start > All Programs > Plazma ERP + CRM x.y.z > Plazma ERP + CRM to start Plazma.
While launching the Plazma ERP + CRM the Plazma startup screen is shown.
Tip: Via de Configuratiemanager kunt u de instelling plazma.platform.autologin = true in het bestand plazma.properties zodanig instellen dat automatisch wordt ingelogd.
Tip:Using the Configuration Manager you can set the property autologin in the file plazma.properties to plazma.platform.autologin = true and as such enable automatic login.
